A warm, attentive cat sitter
I have hands-on experience caring for many cats with very different personalities, from affectionate and playful to shy and independent. At one point, I cared for up to four cats at the same time, which helped me develop strong observation skills and an understanding of feline routines, boundaries, and body language. I also have experience supporting a mother cat during labor and caring for her newborn kittens. This taught me the importance of staying calm, patient, and attentive, especially when animals are vulnerable or stressed. What sets me apart is my attentiveness and observation. I closely monitor cats’ eating habits, litter box use, energy levels, and behavior, and I notice small changes that may indicate discomfort or stress. I respect each cat’s unique personality and never force interaction, allowing trust to build naturally. I treat every cat as an individual and care for them as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away.

Ka Wai has to be the best rover sitter you could have caring for your cat! As my cat Bits is quite timid and scared of new people. He took to Ka Wai very quickly, and it was an absolute pleasure having peace of mind while I was on vacation seeing the photos of my Bits cuddling with Ka Wai while I was away, and being able to maintain normal routine by going outside to play in backyard. It was great knowing Ka Wai was there watching over him. I reached out to Ka Wai on short notice and desperate on my end, even though our schedules didn't align perfectly Ka Wai was able to advise a plan that worked for both of us with part house visits and part boarding. It worked out perfectly! I would highly recommend Ka Wai to watch your cat. I know I will be asking her to hang out with Bits whenever I have future travels arise. Thank you Ka Wai!!!
Ka was an excellent catsitter for Sebastian. We appreciated her daily updates with pictures and videos. We highly recommend her!
I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Kai, it was my first time using Rover and leaving my baby with someone new, she updated me throughout the entire stay and he even made a friend with her kitty amigo. Will definitely keep her in my books for future vacations!

Schedule
I work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and am available for pet care in the mornings, evenings, and nights. I’m fully available on weekends and can provide flexible, attentive care.

I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment for cats, whether in my home or in a client’s home. For boarding, cats stay in a separate, quiet room to reduce stress and ensure safety, with clean litter boxes, fresh water, and regular feeding routines. Interaction is always gentle and never forced, allowing cats to adjust comfortably. I spend time playing with and comforting each cat, closely monitor their appetite, behavior, and litter box habits, and send updates to owners after every visit or boarding day so they always know how their cat is doing.
