Juwayriya took great care of our cat, Gina, while we were away on a one-week vacation. She and her family were incredibly supportive, patient, and caring toward both Gina and us during the entire time we were away. We also experienced a delayed return flight and had to pick Gina up later than originally scheduled. Juwayriya was very understanding and kindly accommodated the extra hours while waiting for our arrival. We truly appreciated the excellent care and communication throughout the stay.
