Always a dog-walker, never a dog
I've had all types of dogs throughout my life. When I was a teenager I would dog and cat sit for family friends for up to two weeks at a time. I've worked with dog trainers to train my pets on the basics like staying, heeling, and being general good boys. I've also volunteered with several animal shelters.

Schedule
I work from home and would be happy to have a small, cat-friendly dog hanging around during the day. I also enjoy getting outside before work, at lunch, and in the evenings and would love to bring a dog on weekend adventures.

I don't currently have a dog in my home but I care for two cats with regular feeding, vet check ups and play times with lots of toys. When caring for others' pets a defer to the type of care requested by the owner.

A typical day
I love going for walks in nature, playing tug, visiting dog parks and fetch. I also love a good snuggle with a dog in my lap
