I need to know if a dog is neutered or spayed, their age, and their gender. I also need to know if they're potty trained/trained in any capacity. I need to know if they have any anxiety issues or triggers. I also need to know if they can be around other dogs, children, men, and the elderly (since I have a neutered female border collie, a child, a husband, and an elderly woman living with me). It's also important for me to know if they have a specific diet or any special needs.

I live near a park that has two gated dog parks (one for small dogs and another for big dogs). The park is less than a mile from my home so I would likely walk the dogs there (if allowed by the owner). Otherwise, I will walk dogs in my gated community which has a small area for dog walkers. I can also walk them outside my community which is very dog friendly. Other activities include playing outside with toys in my backyard which is a decent size for small to medium-sized dogs.
