Justine is very professional, caring and thorough. She took excellent care of Danso and followed all instructions perfectly. She went above and beyond and i felt more than comfortable with time she spend watching after Danso and my house. She sent lots of detailes updates with pictures and video. Highly recommend and will be booking her again.

Justine is a fantastic sitter and left me without worry while she housesat with our fur babies for a few nights. She is a clear communicator and took very good care of our three Australian Shepherds. On top of the excellent care, she also left our house in great shape for our return.

We had special needs pets and Justine took excellent care of them and our home. Our shy cat even came out of her shell within the first day. Justine is a great communicator and has a deep understanding of both cats and dogs. Our pets all give her 5 paws!

This is my first time using Rover or any sitter and I was nervous. But after meeting Justine I felt very happy and comfortable. My dog loves and she took great care of her and my home.

Justine always does a fantastic job watching our pack, even our tortoise loves her. The dogs are always excited to see her and she does a great job keeping us updated on all their picky eating habits and fun walk adventures. She definitely makes us feel much less stressed about leaving our dogs and we are so appreciative of the time and care she gives to them while we’re away. Our house is always clean and calm when we get home and the dogs are always happy. Justine is the best, I don’t know what we’d do without her.

To help me pre-populate your companion's custom Care Plan prior to our initial introduction, please share a few quick details when reaching out: 📩 When Reaching Out, Please Share: 1. Medical & Behavioral Essentials: Any active medications, dietary mixtures, or specific behavioral thresholds (such as separation anxiety, resource guarding, or leash reactivity). 2. Vaccination & Policy Alignment: To ensure full compliance with my private professional insurance guidelines and protect the health of all companions in my daily care, all pets must be current on their core vaccinations (including Rabies). 3. Profile Alignment: Please ensure all pets in the home have individual active profiles attached directly to the Rover request to ensure platform compliance. For unique habitat-based species, let me know in our message thread so I can manually log them under my private professional insurance stack. 4. Access Protocols: A brief note on your preferred entry method (lockbox, keypad, garage code) so we can easily review it during our meet-and-greet. 📌 Platform & Booking Compliance Expectations: 💳 Platform & Booking Compliance: In strict alignment with Rover’s terms of service, all initial communication, service details, and scheduling updates must remain entirely on the platform to maintain full booking compliance. 🎫 Itinerary Synchronization: To ensure total continuity of care, the scheduled booking windows on Rover must accurately reflect the exact days and times you need me to arrive and depart. Any adjustments to dates, visit times, or service types must be finalized through Rover’s booking modification prior to the start of the scheduled service. Thank You!
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
