Your dogs will be treated as if they were my own 🤍 I have 18+ years of dog ownership and pet sitting experience, mostly with adult and senior age dogs. I have also volunteered for a local rescue by picking up dogs from transport, outreach events, and some fostering. I have specific experience treating and managing diabetes in dogs, to include meter testing and administering insulin. I am also experienced with administering liquid and pill oral medications. After losing my soul dog of 16 years in March 2024, I found myself missing the companionship that having a dog brought to my life. I decided to offer my services on Rover as a way to spend time with these amazing animals again, while helping other pet owners by providing quality and experienced pet care that is affordable. Caring for my Rover clients helped prepare me to open my heart to another dog. In April 2025, I welcomed Lola into the family. She is a 3 year old Cockapoo, roughly 14 lbs, and loves to play with her toys. She is still working on her manners with human visitors and adjusting to her new home, so she will stay at Grandpa’s house while I have a Rover guests. Because of this, I have closed my books to new customers and only offer services to existing clients for the time being.

The best dog sitter ever!

Schedule
I currently work from home full time. I have flexibility to adjust my breaks and lunch as needed to accommodate potty and exercise schedules. I also have Ring security cameras I can set up to keep an eye on furry guests while away from home.

Heightened awareness and attention to my surroundings to mitigate anything that could potentially become an issue is very important to me. Additional safety/environment details: Home is one level, no stairs Central air A/C and gas furnace heat Carpet throughout except kitchen and bathrooms (linoleum and tile) Home security system Ring security camera (outside and option for inside) Quiet, walkable neighborhood Yard is not fully fenced, so dogs will be on leash with me for potty breaks
A typical day
Typical days here are calm and quiet. I work during the day M-F and enjoy lounging on the weekends. If your dog enjoys walks, I love getting in some steps for myself as well. Your dog is allowed on the furniture and is more than welcome to sleep in the bed or wherever they are most comfortable.
