I've had pets or animals in my life since I was 7. As a young boy it was my chore to take care of the animals and to make sure they had what they need. I also have been taught how to know if an animal.is sick, or even just frightened. My wife was a dog groomer before her current job and knows more about dogs than she knows about herself. We have 10 egg laying hens, one turkey hen, 4 mini pigs, 2 guinea pigs , 20 baby chicks and 5 baby turkeys. We are not limited to just dogs and cats! We will be happy to help with all your furry (or feathery, or scaly) babies! We love to help out on small farms and will not hesitate to go into a pen with any animal to feed or water it. Bear had a great time with the family. I was a bit nervous since bear is a shy dog and is easily scared. Vanessa sent over frequent pictures and updates of Bear letting me see how much fun he had. He really enjoyed being loved on by kids (his favorite) and played the entire time with his new dog friends. Thank you guys again! We'll be back in a few weeks!
They were very friendly and very accommodating. They took great care of my Luna and Poseidon. I would definitely go back and use them again.
Last minute booking and Justin & Vanessa were super understanding of my shenanigans. Unfortunately, due to travel issues I also returned late. They weren't upset at all. Schedule
We have a set schedule in our house 9 am and 4:30 pm is feeding time so that the animals have a chance to get more than they need. I am currently a stay at home dad so I have a lot spare time to make sure your pets are well taken care of.

Safety, trust & environment
Making sure that they are well fed, clean and have the ability to exercise not only their bodies but their minds and their souls. Relaxing. We try to convey a positive energy towards our boards helping them to feel at home. We are also well versed in training dogs to help them rid themselves of anxiety. My pets have always loved to play with some type of toy, so we make sure they have access to what they may want. We also like to play fetch or just play with the ball. We test it first but some dogs like to play in the water.

A typical day
A typical day in our house start by letting the dogs out for their morning stroll around the front yard while i feed and water the Chickens, Pigs, Turkeys, and Guinea pig. After they are done i let the dogs back inside for a treat then the dogs are fed. During the school year then we would take my kids to school by walking them a few blocks with the dogs. Then back home after dropping them off. Then back to the house for some puppy relaxation time while i work around the house on my various chores. The dogs are let out several times during the day to ensure that they do not have any accidents. During the summer my kids are at their grandparents house so we normally take the dogs to the dog park in the morning while it is not hot out. A typical afternoon can find us making dinner and lounging until bed. If weather permits we like to take a evening walk as well.
