As far as my own care for my pets, I spend almost all of my free time with them. They are always at my side. Caring for other's pets: Currently, my career is in a situation where I have a lot of free time. I have a good amount of availability most days and would schedule accordingly.

My house is mostly devoted to my own dogs already. My own Joey can take a minute to warm up so I always proceed with caution when introducing him to other pets. After sniffing it out Joey always becomes a playful dork with anyone he encounters. Henry is much more laid back and loves to meet new people. I have a separate bedroom that I am able to devote to pets and it would be cozy. Crates will definitely be available.

I'd like to hear any considerations that you might be concerned about but generally speaking if I have access and the necessary tools I am going to do my very best to provide your loved one with a great interaction.
A typical day
I'm always looking for ways to provide great enrichment for your dog. Allowing them to sniff while on walks is very beneficial to dogs. If I walk your dog more than once, I always try to switch up the path and directions we take to add variety. I will seek out the best routes and chances for enrichment in any neighborhood I'm working in. If there is a dog friendly park nearby, I like to stop at those. Other activities I might do: many dogs love to play fetch! I talk to them in silly voices. Try to have them do tricks for treats. I utilize whatever is available to me to provide enrichment and variety to your furry family member.

NOTE: Pricing for in house dog sitting will vary considerably. We will discuss your and your pets' needs and I will provide pricing based on those needs. Thank you! I have had pets I cared for all of my life. A Dog or Dogs have always been a constant part of my family from birth until present. I have cared for everything from African cichlids, to hamsters, turtles, an iguana, rabbits, cats and Dogs. Growing up we always had Labradors and Shih Tzus in the family. Currently, I live with my 2 Shih Tzu Mixes, Henry and Joey. My free time is devoted to them. As far as sitting for other pets, I have watched or dropped in to check on pets from various family, friends and neighbors throughout my life. All the way back to elementary school.

We love Justin. Our very active German Shepard loves him too. He spends the time playing and giving her the cuddles she needs. He is also wonderful with our 17 year old senior Chihuahua.
