Justin S. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Justin was awesome!! Super responsive and took great care of our pup!! Would absolutely use him again and couldn’t recommend more!

At the least, Justin ensured that our cat was fed, received meds, and had enough water during his drop in visits over the course of five days. We ran into difficulties regarding communication and found that our verbal and written instructions were not followed properly. We became very aware of this after reviewing our baby cams, which we informed Justin of beforehand. He left visits prematurely by 15-20 minutes despite not receiving the OK from us to do so. We also came home to an overflowing Genie toilet because her stools were not flushed into the main compartment. Although multiple bowls for wet food were provided, we saw that an instance where an old bowl was reused without being washed. There were more details that, individually, would be negligible. However, multiple were not followed which continued to show us that much of our instructions weren't being followed. These issues were very preventable, but we did not receive any clarifying questions from Justin during this booking. We've used the same instructions and procedures with other sitters over the past few years and have not encountered any issues. We discussed these concerns with Justin afterwards, but felt that much of our concerns regarding expectations and communication were dismissed. Although we did not discuss leaving visits prematurely with Justin, he falsely recalled us giving him the OK. We were also told to not worry about the Genie overflowing, though we do worry about what would have happened if we were gone for longer. TLDR: We are happy our cat was not mistreated, but we received the impression that care provided was not given with enough effort to follow instructions entirely. We hope that moving forward Justin's communication improves and receives feedback more readily.

Justin is a genuine, caring person. As an RN, he works and cares for animals. He is always willing to help. He is patient with the clients and the patients. He loves pets and that’s why he chose the veterinary field.

Justin has been watching our fur babies for years and has always been so so great with them! He’s even good with our timid breezy girl who’s a little anxious with people. I would trust Justin with all my pets, and anyone’s else’s! He is so good with animals, and would be great with your fur babies too.

Justin is the BEST! He is great with animals. He’s also an awesome Vet nurse. He will love them like his own. Justin is reliable and responsible. Your animals will fall in love with Justin & so will you!
