Justin was friendly and responsive, but overall the service fell short of expectations. Several visits were much shorter than scheduled, and we came home to find the front door unlocked and wet cat food spilled in several places in the kitchen. While he did agree to a partial refund, the experience left us disappointed and we wouldn’t book again.

Justin was terrific! He came to meet our dogs ahead of time and even took extra care to make sure our high-anxiety dog was comfortable with him. Our pup is a bit difficult for new people and Justin took the time to let him warm up. Truly a great sitter! He stayed at our house with 2 dogs, took great care of them, left our house spotless, and was overall a wonderful sitter! Thank you, Justin!
