We’d like to know: • Do they have any known allergies (food or environmental) • Do they have a medical conditions (diabetes, seizure disorder, general or separation anxiety) • Do they have any difficulty with mobility (needing to be lifted, carried, assisted with standing) • Do they have any special/specific needs (food/medication/time specific meals) • What is their typical daily schedule/routine (feeding/potty/play/naps/cuddles) • Where is their food/treats located, how much do they get, and where do they eat • Where are they allowed in the house and are they allowed on any furniture/beds • Where do they typically sleep • What commands do you use/do they know • What is their favorite game, toy, or playtime activity • How do they react around new people/children • How are they with/around other dogs/animals (any behavioral issues) • How do they react with loud noises (fireworks, motorcycles, thunder, etc) or with bad weather (windy, raining, snow) • How are they in the car Please ensure the following information is easily available at your home: • Veterinary Name/Address/Phone # • Closest emergency-contact Name & Phone #
A typical day
We go for walks, play ball/frisbee, take them for rides (pup cups if allowed!), set up puzzles or games for sniffing/licking mental stimulation, and play with their toys with them. We are also very happy to just relax inside and/or cuddle with your pup and keep them company if that's what they enjoy.

Pet care experience
From our many years of experience taking care of pets of all ages and sizes, we’ve learned to be patient, flexible, and compassionate as we build and earn their trust (and yours). We are dedicated to ensuring you and your pet(s) feel safe, comfortable, and at ease while they are in our care. We have experience taking care of dogs who need special care (anxiety, reactivity, seizure disorder, diabetes, mobility issues, seeing/hearing impairments, allergies, and incontinence), as well as experience administering medication (pills, injections, ointments, eye drops). We understand that as part of your family, your pet needs reliable consistency in their routine (walks, potty, medication, playtime, company, etc) and we would love the opportunity to provide that!
