I have a decent amount of space for a dog to roam in my place. However, I need to express the importance of my dog being present if you leave him with me. My dog wouldn't hurt a fly and he's super friendly and calm but I want my pet and your pet to feel safe around each other. We've yet to introduce Beau to cats so I am not sure how he would respond, but my assumption is he's very gentle so long as the cat is used to being around other dogs. If you want me to watch the pets at your place, all I ask is that you provide me with instructions on what to do and what not to do. I can upload photos and you can shoot me texts if you want updates on your little ones—or big ones, depending on the size of your pup, lol.
Information Justin D. would like to know about your pet
If your dog comes with a harness, I would prefer if you tell me how to put it on if it's not entirely intuitive on how to put it on. Maybe even give me a one time demo. I would prefer to meet the clients in person beforehand if they have time just to go over things.
A typical day
I love taking my dog to Tower Grove Park personally. But I would prefer the dog does their business in their own neighborhood because it's what's familiar to them. Dogs are creatures of habit like people so I prefer sticking with what they know. And of course, I love throwing the toy and giving the treats and rough housing when permitted by the owner. It's important to keep them active even in old age. My brother's dog is 13 and I still throw the ball for her. I wish dogs could live as long as we do so I try to keep them alive for as long as possible.

Pet care experience
I used to pet-sit. Worked at a day-care a while ago. I've worked and interacted with all types of dogs. I enjoy what I do. I actually get really excited when working with dogs. I know they're a lot to handle sometimes but I feel like they're great fun to work with and they always make me feel better. My favorite types of dogs include Boxers, Miniature Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers. I like all dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am really into playing fetch with dogs. I also don't mind playing with rope toys. They might tear my arms off but hey! It builds character! I'm very easy-going and I feel like with dogs you have to have a great sense of humor and enjoy the trade in order to work with them. I hope you consider me for some of your services. I look forward to chatting with you over the phone, internet, or in person! Also, I have a lil black Maltipoo who's 3 and his name is Beau. We call him Bobo, but he's my pride and joy and a very special boy.
Reviews
Justin has been a huge help to the family. We travel a lot, so it’s nice to have someone we can rely on to watch our dogs.
Justin has consistently done a fantastic job of taking care of my puppies. I was nervous to leave them with someone, but Justin quickly became a second parent to them. He’s loves working with animals and it’s just amazing to watch.
Justin is the only person I trust with my babies Monica-Anne and Shelby. He consistently shows up to walk, feed, and play with them. I met Justin when he was working as an assistant manager of the dog daycare center out in Reston, VA (I can’t mention the name for legal purposes). Almost immediately, my usually unfriendly Rottweilers took to Justin. From that moment until now, I not only trust Justin with the most important animals in my life, but I also regard him as an outstanding example of a man of his word.
Justin is great with animals. His roommates have two dogs that Justin loves and will pet them whenever he gets a chance. He has taken care of my two black Labradors a couple of times and each time he has been wonderful. He cares for my dogs like they are his own and that's all I ask for in a dog sitter. He did a great job administering their medications and cleaning one of my dog's ears. He is one of the only people I trust to take care of my dogs when I'm out of town.
