As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. A page from the daily calendar for Life Hacks encouraged me to join and I do know someone on Rover.com named Stephen. He's a dog sitter, owner, and trainer.

Know what it's like to own dogs since childhood. Tell me what they love, like, and hate. Love to bring gifts for the dog(s) anytime. Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California.

Justin gave a great care for Baron and never late giving us updates.
Coco seemed happy going into Justin’s house but it was really hard to know how things went because there was very little communication. As a pet mom, I would have liked to have some updates.
Justin was kind and attentive to our dogs. He had his hands full with 2 puppies, who are full of energy; however he was undaunted and quickly "made friends" and calmed them! Also, our service dog immediately warmed-up to Justin, and she is very particular! Justin sent us pictures to let us know that all was well, and that was a welcome surprise! We have already scheduled another sitting date with Justin, and look forward to positive, on-going care for our beloved pets.
Justin watched my dog in my apartment and he left clean and organized which I appreciated. He sent me a pic a day (the quality of pics could be better). I will go to Justin again for my dog sitting needs.
