Having grown up internationally, I’m now living and working in Sweden as a Product Manager with my sambo (partner). I’ve always loved animals, but because I travel quite often, having a pet of my own isn’t the right fit for me at the moment. That’s one of the reasons I genuinely love pet sitting. It gives me the chance to spend time with animals, care for them, and help pet owners feel completely at ease while they’re away. Being around animals brings me so much joy. I grew up around dogs and have cared for many different breeds, sizes, and personalities over the years. I’m comfortable with everything from small companion dogs to larger, more energetic breeds, and I really appreciate that every dog has their own personality, routine, preferences, and way of communicating. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters, where I gained experience with dogs from many different backgrounds, including those who may be shy, nervous, playful, affectionate, or full of energy. I’m very patient and attentive, and I’m always happy to adapt to your dog’s usual routine, whether that means long walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, plenty of attention, or simply being there to keep them company. For me, pet sitting is about much more than feeding and walking a dog. I want them to feel safe, loved, relaxed, and genuinely cared for while their family is away. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet, so I’ll always treat them with the same care and affection I would give my own.
