I've never met a pup who I didn't love. I rescued my pup Angus from the Humane Society in 2011 when he was 6 months old. Being my first and only dog for a while, he has definitely been spoiled. I love and care for my pups like they are my children. Angus is a 40 pound, 11 year old terrier mix who's a pretty laid back guy. Three years ago, we adopted our newest pup, Carol. Carol is a 50 pound, 3 year old pitbull Australian Shepherd mix who wants to be friends with everyone she meets. They absolutely love when friends come to stay so they can show them around the backyard. My husband and I live in a single-family home in south Waldo. We have a fully-fenced in backyard with plenty of space to play fetch and plenty of smells to sniff. We're both educators and currently on summer break so, most days, someone will be home during the day. During the day, pups are free to roam the house and are welcomed to sleep on the bed at night, unless requested otherwise. I decided to join Rover because, while I love and support multiple dog boarding businesses in KC, I know that that isn't always the best option for everyone. I'm truly doing this because of my love of pups, but also to provide dog owners a cheaper, but reliable boarding option. I also want to give owners the piece of mind to know that their pup is receiving the same amount of attention and is as comfortable as if s/he were still at home.

Juneall was a God Send! Our usual dog sitter bailed on us last minute before a long vacation and Juneall accepted my panic request so fast! Communication while we were gone was awesome, with lots of pictures! Our boy was so happy and so well taken care of! Thank you!!

Paisley was immediately at home with Juneall and her husband. They were very welcoming and clearly were happy to have her.
Juneall and husband were very friendly and so good with our pup. We have a bichon shitzu and he got along great with their bigger dogs. Highly recommend.
Juneall was so accommodating to last minute health needs our dog had while we were gone, and she handled them with care and great communication!
Once again Juneall was awesome! I think my dog goes through withdrawals the first few days after she has to leave. We’ve used Juneall quite a few times and will always go back! Highly recommend!

Schedule
Both my husband and I work during the day so pups will be home alone from about 7 am to 3 pm during the week.

We do have a fenced in yard and pups are always supervised when they're outside. Pups will be home alone during the day during the week.

A typical day
I will treat your pup as if s/he were my own. When the weather is nice, the pups and I will typically spend the evenings after I get off work hanging out in the backyard. We also have a doggie pool for pups that love playing in the water in the summer. My dogs aren't big cuddlers so I am always excited to have a snuggly, cuddly pup in the house!
