Must love dogs, in my home or yours

Wow, my dogs loved staying with June so much they weren’t even ready for their vaca to end. I wish I could give more stars because June was hands down the absolute best when it came to caring and entertaining the boys. They got to enjoy yard time, tons of playtime and TLC all day long. June sent tons of videos, pictures and updates. Book with her she treats these dogs like they are her own and was very informative about caring for animals, gave me lots of great tips and had everything they could’ve ever asked for. Thank you!!!!

June is a dog whisperer! She taught our senior bulldog to go on walks. She purchased treats specifically for our dog before her stay and tended to her needs as an anxious dog. June sent us regular updates, videos, and pictures. Our only concern was that Angel wouldn’t want to come home! Highly recommend.

Doggy Day Care • Nov 30, 2025

June was knowledgeable and comfortable caring for my rescue pittie who can get a little anxious. She is very communicative and easy to work with. My boy seemed very happy when we picked him up.

June is the best! She's a devoted dog lover who understands them so well. We learned so much about our dogs, despite raising them for 4 years! She's easy to talk to and sends lots of updates. I felt confident with the care provided and will definitely choose her for any future trips we have. Highly recommend!

Safety, trust & environment

My experience with foster dogs has taught me how to easily handle dogs with positive re-enforcement. I don't demand that your dog(s) submit to me. I give praise every time I catch them doing well. I train house manners when in my home to eliminate counter surfing, attempts to push through a door first and they get to practice their obedience commands. Lots of walks and a prolific amount of play engage their minds allowing them to work mentally and physically to become a happier pet. I believe all dogs are good dogs, it's the people that need to bring out the best in them. Your dog(s) will be happy! I appreciate the generosity of happy pet owners and all cash tips support my dog foster efforts :). Thanks!

A typical day

I have piles of toys here, plush and super chewers from Bark box, kong etc., I have a "splash pad' for the yard if your dog likes playing in water. We can play fetch or they can chase squirrels outside. There are nice parks near by for plenty of walks.

Please tell me about any food allergies. Let me know of any medical needs. If they need to take pills and HOW YOU administer them so that I can be consistent. If they need a spray on their skin for allergies or hot spots let me know. If they get ear infections, bring the ear wash and medicine. I have medicated wipes. I've cared for dogs with severe allergies, heart worm, cardiomyopathy, diabetes requiring insulin shots, etc. I even had a foster that had been shot before animal control picked it up. Once healthy it was adopted and has a happy life! Is your dog an escape artist? I have a tag engraved and an air tag for their collars just in case you know they can be a runner. Is there any chance they will jump over a fence? I have never lost a Rover dog but one of my fosters almost made it over the fence. He was a 110lb huge boy, but he came right back once the squirrel got away. How many walks per day/distance? I typically walk twice/day am and pm. Do yours have reactivity on a leash with dogs or people? Let me know what to watch for and I will take care of it.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
