I’m very organized and make sure each booking has dedicated time for walks, feeding, play, and updates so every pet receives focused attention and consistency. My routine allows me to provide reliable care throughout the week, including mornings, evenings, and flexible weekend availability.

Safety, trust, and consistency are my top priorities in both my home and my client’s home. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, behavior, triggers, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions before every booking so I can keep their environment as familiar and stress-free as possible. In a client’s home, I respect their space and carefully follow all routines exactly as requested, including walks, feeding times, medications, crate use, and house rules. I always double-check doors, leashes, gates, and entry points to ensure pets remain secure at all times. If caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, calm, pet-safe environment with plenty of supervision, fresh water, safe spaces to rest, and structured play and potty breaks. I avoid exposing pets to unsafe foods, objects, or stressful situations and make sure they are never left unattended in a way that could put them at risk. I also provide regular updates and photo check-ins so pet parents always know their pet is safe, happy, and receiving attentive care.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch is centered around consistency, fun, and making them feel safe and comfortable in their normal routine. The day usually starts with a potty break or walk, followed by breakfast, fresh water, and some calm attention so they feel settled and cared for. Throughout the day, I make sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, affection, and rest based on their age, energy level, and personality. For fun activities, I love doing engaging walks, play sessions with their favorite toys, fetch, tug, enrichment games, and lots of positive interaction and praise. For more active dogs, I’m happy to include longer walks, jogs, or park time if approved. For calmer pets, I focus on gentle companionship, cuddle time, and keeping them relaxed in their familiar environment. I also like to send photo and video updates so owners can enjoy seeing their pet happy, active, and having a great day.
