I’ve been caring for my own pets since I was 14, starting with my first dog and later welcoming my first cat at 16. Since then, cats and dogs have been a big part of my life. I’ve also fostered and found homes for 30+ cats and kittens, including entire litters, giving me hands-on experience with cats of many different ages, personalities, and needs. I also spent 8 years working at a local pet store, where I gained a strong foundation in pet care, nutrition, handling, and animal husbandry. With dogs, I’m comfortable caring for small through large breeds, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with additional needs. I have some experience with disabled dogs and am happy to work with dogs who may be nervous, anxious, or reactive. I’m patient and attentive to each pet’s individual personality and comfort level, and I’m also confident administering medications when needed. Overall, I’m comfortable and confident caring for both cats and dogs and enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs.

My goal is to keep them comfortable, happy, and secure while you’re away. I’m respectful of your home, attentive to your instructions, and take your pets’ safety and well-being seriously.

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time job, so I’m able to dedicate a good amount of time and attention to the pets in my care. 🐾 I love having pet care as part of my daily routine and enjoy getting to know each animal’s personality, habits, and needs. Whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, enrichment, medication, or simply keeping them company, I’m happy to make their care a fun and comfortable part of my day. I’m always happy to meet a new pet and give them plenty of love, attention, and quality time! 💕

- I like to have a good understanding of each pet’s routine, personality, exercise needs, feeding schedule, and any medications or special care they require. I also want to know about their behaviour, triggers, comfort around people or other animals, and what they enjoy most. I’m comfortable adapting to different pets and routines, but clear instructions help me provide the best possible care and keep things consistent with what they’re used to. I’m also happy to know about any house rules, emergency contacts, or anything else that will help me care for your pet confidently and safely.
