Julien was very kind and respectful, but I do wish he communicated more. I let him know at drop off and explained in the care notes for our dog that she sometimes resource guards her food, and what to do if that happens. He said he would message if he needed anything, so I assumed all was well when no messages came through. She had some food left in her kennel with her when he left for the store, and when he returned, she was growling and resource guarding. Scary - I get it. I totally understand being afraid to get near her kennel when she’s like that, but I wish he would’ve told us this was happening. We could have talked him through exactly what to do in that situation, but instead she stayed in her kennel for about 24 hours. Again, I totally understand the fear and hesitance, but communication could have prevented her from not being able to eat, drink, or relieve herself for an entire day. She’s been through a lot, and it honestly sucked to find out she had been left like that when we picked her up. I do believe Julien is a very good and responsible person, and he is deserving of trust when caring for animals. Communication is all that he needs to work on, and I trust that he will move differently moving forward.
Julien watched Miko while we spent the holiday away. Miko had such a great time that showed in all the updates we received.

Schedule
I currently work evenings from 9pm-5am, which gives me plenty of free time in the mornings and afternoons to walk your pet and give them the attention they deserve🐾

I have a spacious, fenced-in backyard where pets can play safely, accompanied by my two very friendly resident dogs that is a boxer and a golden doodle🐾
A typical day
I typically take my dog for a walk around the neighborhood when I get off of work, followed by a visit to the dog park in the afternoon where they can relax, have fun, and cool off. I also ensure they are well-fed throughout the day!
