I started providing professional dog-walking services at age 10, and I also grew up with a lovable Alaskan Malamute-Shetland Sheepdog mix, and later, a Chow Chow mix. I have experience caring for canines of many breeds, sizes, and temperaments, from collies to Lhasa Apsos to pitbulls, both through volunteer work with canine rescue associations and through formal pet care. I have even completed an online course in dog emotion and cognition! I have also done some cat-sitting for colleagues and friends, and I am comfortable with other pet species that you might potentially have in your home (e.g. rabbits, parakeets, hamsters, gerbils). I have been told by clients that I have a special talent for calming down dogs and cats that are normally high-strung or wary of strangers. I look forward to meeting your pet soon!
