Pet care experience

In 2001 I started looking after dogs/cats and other small mammals in peoples homes as my main job. (I had previously done it part time around my office job). I then found a long term job looking after Pharaoh Hounds and Beagles for a local breeder. I have looked after 4 generations of Pharaoh Hounds from puppies to adult and also his 3 Beagles. It gave me a lot of experience with puppies and senior dogs. He retired and I moved to Newcastle in 2016. Since then I have many, many cat/dog sitting and dog walking jobs. I've had one long term walking job with a Springer, walking her once a weekday. Started when she was a month old and still walking her now, She is 10 this year. I have a clean DBS check and am fully insured.

We have been using Julie to look after our cat for many years now. She is very reliable and will go out of her way to accommodate us if we have a last minute trip. Thank you!

I was perfectly happy with Julie and her pet & house sitting capabilities. I was greeted by a very happy and relaxed cat & dog upon returning home yesterday. Julie answered any questions I had beforehand so there were no issues once home. It was a booking of 3 weeks and I received pictures and video's of my pets during that time which put my mind completely at rest that they were in good, safe hands while I was away. Julie is friendly and experienced and I felt my pets and home were well looked after. I would highly recommend Julie and will book her services again when the need arises.

Julie saved us when our pet sitter cancelled last minute before our wedding earlier in the month. We've never left our pets with anyone (non-family/friends) before and were quite worried about our dog Walter. We needn't have been concerned as they were all happy on our return! If we need another pet sitter again I'll be contacting Julie first. I would definitely recommend!

Thank goodness for Julie! Our Honey had a great time with her and Lexie while we were away. Frequent updates showing a happy girl, and kindly gave us the chance for a meet up before Honey’s stay. Julie is a kind soul who clearly knows her way around animals, she put our mind at ease 100% so we could both enjoy our time away. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby girl!
