I've provided various kinds of care for dogs and cats for family, friends, and the wider community for over a decade. I have volunteered at local shelters helping bathe, feed, walk, play, and bond with all different breeds of dogs. I have experience with large dogs, dog sitting my brother's Cane Corso during their extended trips for many years. I also have experience with tiny dogs, like my own toy poodle, Cyder. I also have experience with senior dogs, as my family has adopted elderly animals. I really connect with dogs and find that they like me too. I used to ride and care for horses and ponies as well! I work full time as a higher education admin and am working from around 8:00am-5:30pm but I work from home right now so I am flexible for walks and pet sitting.

You can rest assured that your furbabies will receive personalized, attentive care in the comfort of their own home. I will work with you to understand your pets' unique needs and routines, allowing me to create a tailored care plan. Even if you need a quick stop in for walks, I'm happy to also take the time to feed and water and play with your pup while I'm visiting. If you need longer petsitting, I am happy to also take care of household tasks like collecting mail, setting out the trash, and watering plants. You'll receive regular updates, complete with photos and reports, so you always know how your pets are doing. With a solid emergency plan (that we agree on) and respect for your home’s security and privacy, I aim to provide trustworthy service. Your pets will be in loving hands, and your home will be well cared for. I do ask that you let me know of any security cameras or pet cams for my own privacy and awareness. Please do let me know of any house rules or preferences for your space as well. I'll provide updates on your fur child's day, so you feel at ease. You can let me know if you want updates more or less often.

Julie is really nice was very easy to communicate with . She took very good care of my puppy and he can be a handful sometimes but she has no problems with him ! Would definitely recommend her !!
Julie is part of a small, distinguished group of our cane corso’s favorite people (not an easy feat). She is always delighted to see Julie and we rest easy knowing our fur child is in good hands. Our dog has specific care instructions and Julie does a great job caring for her. I highly recommend Julie’s services.
Julie watched my cat when I went on vacation. She didn't just come over and fed him but spent time with him and played with him. She was very caring towards him and I knew he was doing okay with me gone. She also kept me updated and sent over pictures and videos of him. She also followed my directions on his care very well. Would definitely want her to watch my cat the next time I have to go away!
Our dog Benji is notoriously lazy - Julie had him prancing around the neighborhood in no time. Highly recommend Julie for your pup, she’s the best!
Julie is a wonderful pet sitter. She is friendly, stays in contact while I am out of town, clearly loves animals, and I totally trust her to be in my home with my kitties. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs pet care or sitting!

Harmonogram
I work from home full time but need a little more cashflow and like to stay busy. I work a regular office schedule, 8:30-5:00pm Monday-Friday. I do work from home right now, so I am able to do drop-ins or walks with some flexibility. I am open to housesitting when available.
