I’ll care for your dog like my own
I had the most wonderful dog for 16 years. She was the light of my life. Though I’m not ready for another permanent fur child just yet, I would love to care for yours! Important caveats—please read: I am not a very active person. As such, I cannot accommodate high-energy dogs. My home is small and cannot accommodate dogs over 70 lbs. I will, however, take two dogs at a time if they are from the same household.

Julie watched our dog Winnie for a week while we were in Ohio, and she was absolutely great. She was very personable, kept us updated the whole time on how Winnie was doing, and sent plenty of pictures, which we really appreciated. I was a little worried because Winnie can be a lot to handle sometimes, but Julie did amazing with her and Winnie clearly loved her. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her!

Schedule
I am available seven days a week until mid-January 2027. I hate having to decline clients! Please check my calendar on Rover for availability before requesting a booking. I do keep it up-to-date.

I have a completely fenced in yard and live on a quiet, private road. My schedule is flexible, so your dog can go out anytime.
A typical day
In addition to playing in the yard anytime, we can go on walks in the neighborhood or at Callahan State Park. Dogs can get comfy on the bed and couch.

- Let me know if your dog has allergies or special needs or requires medication. I am happy to accommodate them. Pets can have the run of my house, but they MUST be fully house trained (NO wee-wee pads) and comfortable being home alone for up to 4 hours on occasion (for long stays). I will not feed your dog anything you do not provide, so please bring all food and TREATS. Also include your dog’s bowls, poop bags, TOYS, and their blanket or bed. I will pay your dog tons of attention but they still like their own stuff!
