Julie looked after our 12 week old Rottweiler puppy, for the first time and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He hasn’t really been away from us for any length of time before, so we were naturally a little nervous, but Julie was wonderful with all of us. She kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos of what they had been up to, which was so reassuring and really appreciated. She was very attentive to our training information and was using the same cues that we have been to ensure consistency. When we picked him up he was relaxed, happy, and honestly looked like he’d had the best day! He came home, had his dinner, and promptly fell asleep after such an exciting and fun day! We would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking with her again soon. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our puppy! 🐶 🐾
Julie took wonderful care of my two spoiled dogs and looked after our home like it was her own, even surprising me with some beautiful tulips for our return. I certainly recommend her and hope Julie comes to watch over our dogs again soon. Truly professional.

Julie was fabulous with my cat Leopard, she looked after her for a week and took the time to make sure that she was comfortable and happy in her home, she kept me updated on a regular basis and Leopard really warmed well to both Julie and her son very quickly, Julie also made sure that Leopard always had plenty of treats to hand and gave her plenty of fussing and attention. Pet care fits comfortably into my routine, allowing me to give your dog my full attention during visits and walks. I aim to be flexible where possible and communicate clearly about availability to ensure reliability and consistency.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are my priority at all times. I follow routines carefully, respect feeding and medication instructions, and ensure secure handling on walks. I take a calm, attentive approach and always assess environments for safety. If your dog is comfortable travelling in the car, I’m happy to incorporate walks in nearby green spaces for variety and enrichment. Transport would always be discussed in advance and carried out safely. Clear communication is important to me, and I will keep you updated so you feel confident and reassured while your dog is in my care.
A typical day
I tailor each visit or walk to your dog’s individual needs and energy levels. Whether they enjoy an active walk with plenty of sniffing and exploring, or a gentler pace with calm companionship, I adapt accordingly. I value both physical exercise and mental stimulation, so walks include enrichment through varied routes, safe exploration and positive engagement. If your dog is comfortable travelling, I’m happy to incorporate visits to local green spaces. Above all, I ensure your dog feels safe, secure and well cared for throughout our time together.
