I’m a professional dog trainer in the Atlanta area with a background in animal care, behavior, and leadership across both exotic species and family pets. Today, I work as a coach, guiding owners to become confident, clear leaders for their dogs. My approach is simple: you’re the captain, your dog is the player, and I’m here to coach the team. I teach you how to understand what your dog is communicating, support big emotions, and communicate in a way your dog understands. Instead of relying on me to “fix” things, you learn the skills to create consistency, structure, and calm leadership at home. I specialize in dogs with big feelings: anxiety, overwhelm, reactivity, or high‑energy and I help families build habits that make daily life smoother and more connected. If you want training that empowers you as much as your dog, I bring the experience, clarity, and real‑world insight to support your whole team.

I do not currently offer pet care in my own home. I will come to your home and care for them in the comfort of their own space. I believe pet sitting in a animals own space is significantly less stressful than having to adapt to a whole new environment. I will treat your home like it is my own .

Julie did an awesome job making sure my dog liberty was calm while she cut her nails, and she did a fantastic job getting those done even when liberty was being a bit difficult. Will definitely use her to cut liberty’s nails again in the future.
I’ve known Julie for a couple years now . She has an amazing personality and works well with the animals we have here at the house. She creates bonds with the animals and gets them out of their comfort zone . I couldn’t recommend anyone better . With the love and knowledge she offers . Soka , Martin , and Ed love it every-time she comes sits. It’s also nice instead of going to the groomer all the time . She will work with the dogs here . Definitely will use her again !!!
Julie is a very responsible and caring person. She has worked in doggy daycares?and dig washes. She has been bitten and scratched, but still she loves dogs and animals. I cannot think of a kinder more gentle person to care for your dog.
I have worked with Julie for almost two years in a professional capacity. She has a genuine love of animals and it shows everyday as she interacts with pets. I have seen her cradle the aged and disabled pets knowing that she is performing what I call "comfort baths" and coax them into accepting her services. Julie also takes the young, works with them, as a Mama Pup would to teach the young about grooming services and "table manners", as I like to call them. She shelters the fearful, praises the strong, and her patience is unlimited. She takes instructions carefully and is always eager to perform her job to perfection. I have always trusted Julie with my most fragile. She has a heart for our pets and I trust her skills.
