Hi! I’m a dedicated dog lover and experienced pet owner offering weekend care in a safe and loving home. My husband and I live in a quiet, gated community in the Spring Valley area, where your pup will have plenty of space to relax and feel at ease. We built our home and backyard with our Rottweiler, Atlas, in mind. I had the absolute joy of sharing my life with him until he passed from cancer in October 2024. Losing him was heartbreaking, and while I miss him dearly, I’m honored to now share that same love and companionship with your furry friend. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or cuddling on the couch, your dog will be treated like family. ⸻ 🕓 Availability • I work full-time Monday–Thursday in healthcare and currently offer boarding from Friday through Sunday. • If you’d like your pup dropped off Thursday evening after 6 PM, you’re welcome to book from Thursday–Sunday for an extended stay—just let me know in advance. • A 2-night minimum is required for all weekend boarding bookings. ⸻ 🚗 Drop-off & Pick-up Times • Drop-offs: As early as 7 AM on Friday (earlier times can be arranged with advance notice). • Pick-ups: Ideally by 9–9:30 PM on Sunday. If you need a later pick-up, please let me know in advance. (I work early Monday mornings, so thank you for understanding!) ⸻ 🏡 Our Home We provide a clean, cozy environment and only board one client at a time to ensure personalized attention and a stress-free stay. • Our two-story home has cameras on the first floor for safety and peace of mind. We occasionally step out on weekends for errands (usually about 1-2 hours), during which pups are left unattended but free to roam the first floor, unless they need to be crated per your instructions. Otherwise, we’re home most of the weekend, giving your pup plenty of love, care, and companionship. • Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every guest’s stay, and to keep everyone healthy and happy, we kindly ask that all dogs are up to date on vaccinations. Potty-trained pups are especially appreciated. • Pets are welcome on the sofa and our bed. Please let me know if your pup is allowed on furniture or should stay off completely—I’m happy to follow their usual rules at home. • I’m happy to accommodate senior dogs, shy dogs, or dogs with special needs, and will follow any special routines or care instructions to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy. ⸻ 🌳 Backyard We have a spacious, gated backyard with a designated gravel area for potty breaks and turf for play and sunbathing. • Pets are always supervised when outside and never left unattended. ⸻ 💧 Food & Water We have a reverse osmosis water system, so your pup will always have clean, filtered water. I can provide food bowl and water bowl during their stay, but if your pup uses a slow feeder or a special bowl due to dietary needs, you’re welcome to bring it. • Please pack your pup’s own food, treats, or special snacks so they have familiar comforts during their stay. • Comfort items, medications, and favorite toys are always welcome—anything that helps your pup feel at home. • I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. ⸻ 💕 Final Notes • I look forward to meeting you and your pup and providing a comfortable, loving place to stay while you’re away. • Meet & greets are required before booking when possible, to ensure a good fit and a smooth stay. • Meet & greets can be scheduled Monday–Thursday after 6 PM and Friday–Sunday by appointment.
