I have worked with almost every kind of animal in both private practice, rescue and research. My many years of working in the veterinary field has given me the skills needed to care for many species from newborn to seniors. I can provide medical treatments and have taken classes in behavior training. I'll take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own and thoroughly enjoy doing it.

I am happy to come to your place or welcome well-behaved pets in my house. I can easily separate my critters if there are any concerns. I feel most pets are most comfortable in their own environment; I am flexible with what works best for you.

Julie was amazing to work with! Great communicator and most of all my cats loved her the moment they met her! The cats felt at home with her and she did a great job making sure they were loved while we were away! I would recommend her to anybody looking for pet care.

Julie was great with our 2 cats! Took great care of them and even got along with our more shy cat. Made sure they were fed, brushed, and litter robots were working!
Julie was great with Nighttime, playing with him and making sure he did not feel alone during his time i was away. She sent photos every day and was very pro-active with sending updates about him every day!
Julie did a great job with Cooper, Stella, and Moxie. She sent lots of cute pictures, and I could tell she took care to make sure everyone was safe (mostly meaning that my naughty dog couldn’t go counter surfing when she wasn’t watching). She was also helpful in making sure one of my senior kitties got her daily medicine.
Julie did a fantastic job with our three cats. She got the shy one to warm up to her, and gave each of them a lot of attention. She was fast to respond and gave detailed cards which I appreciated. Very trustworthy and caring.

Schedule
I work full time at NC State Vet School and am available for early am and evening sits during the week. I generally have whatever time needed available on weekends. I like starting and ending every day with pets (and all the time in between).
