I have worked with almost every kind of animal in both private practice, rescue and research. My many years of working in the veterinary field has given me the skills needed to care for many species from newborn to seniors. I can provide medical treatments and have taken classes in behavior training. I'll take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own and thoroughly enjoy doing it.

I am happy to come to your place or welcome well-behaved pets in my house. I can easily separate my critters if there are any concerns. I feel most pets are most comfortable in their own environment; I am flexible with what works best for you.

Julie is the best sitter we have ever had. She took wonderful care of our 3 cats when my partner and I were in Iceland. She provided such tender and patient care for each cat, especially my senior cat with complex medical needs. She even went the extra mile to bring new food from home when my senior didn’t have much of an appetite. I will absolutely be booking Julie again in the future. She is a real gem!
Julie was excellent for our Rocco. She provided updates and kept us posted throughout the stay. Rocco seemed to have a wonderful time!

Dates de la garde
I work full time at NC State Vet School and am available for early am and evening sits during the week. I generally have whatever time needed available on weekends. I like starting and ending every day with pets (and all the time in between).
