Lover of animals big and small!
I have been caring for family pets since I was around 8. I have cared for animals big and small( horses, pet cows, goats, poultry, dogs, cats and parrots) for friends, family, neighbors and clients. Animals are a huge part of my life and I love insuring they are loved and cared for to the best of my ability. We currently reside on our little homestead with 4 horses, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and lots of chickens and ducks.

Our old pup absolutely loves staying with Julie’s family. She takes wonderful care of him, navigating his picky eating and various joint medications. He comes home so tired - from both the outdoor time and the social interactions, I am sure. I trust Julie completely with his care and will continue to use her for our dog sitting needs as long as she will have us.
We had an excellent experience with Julie! From the moment we dropped our dog off, she was incredibly communicative and made us feel completely at ease. We received frequent updates, along with lots of photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. What stood out most was the care and patience she showed as our dog adjusted to a new environment. She was attentive to our dog’s needs, provided plenty of reassurance, and made sure the transition was as comfortable as possible. It was clear she genuinely cared about our dog’s well-being and happiness. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring dog sitter!
Our dog had a blast at Julie’s farm! She updated us all of the time and reassured me that he was well taken care of. I think it was his dream “camp” to go to for the week. We’re thankful we found her family, and will absolutely use her again in the future!
Julie did a fantastic job watching Kahlua. Julie was extremely thoughtful and kept updated on Kahlua.

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom of 3 little girls who are avid animal lovers like myself. I am home the majority of the time so your pets would fall right into our family routine of daily life on our hobby farm. We try to spend as much time outside enjoying the weather and property. Your dog(s) would get to lounge on the front or back porches which are well shaded and offer a wonder breeze. There’s always something to get their attention between our animals and the deer that cross our property.

Safety, trust & environment
Our clients pets come into our home and are treated as if they are our own. We have 3 dogs in our home that love to romp and play in our fenced in yard. The dogs can sleep in the master bedroom with myself at night or in a kennel if that is what you prefer. The dogs are outside with our family when we play in the yard and will have exposure to our poultry and horses. The dogs will be separated during feeding times to insure everyone’s safety. If for some reason the dogs need a break from one another we are able to crate one and section off another leaving your dog to have some alone time.

A typical day
We love spending time outside as much as the weather allows. We play fetch in the yard and play with the farm dogs. The dogs will be incorporated into our daily farm life and go for rides to and from the bus stop and errands to tractor supply.
