I currently work a full-time job Monday-Friday, but I am available after 3:00 when I get off work. My daughter is at home during the day, so she can provide pet care during that time. She has been very involved with raising and caring for Canine Companions puppies, so she loves furry friends.

As long as there is a fenced yard, I have no problem with pets going off leash for potty breaks. As a puppy raiser, I take the puppy out on a leash as an extra precaution if the client prefers.

A typical day
My neighborhood is a great place to walk dogs. It's close to a middle school and city park with lot's of open grassy areas and sidewalks. At home, we like to throw the ball for puppies with lots of energy.

In addition to raising our beloved family dog, we have cared for our neighbors' pets for 15 plus years. We have thoroughly enjoyed raising four Canine Companions puppies with the goal of providing the gift of independence to those with a disability. We have watched puppies for other puppy raisers, as well. All pets, whether ours, our friends or neighbors', have been very near and dear to our hearts. We will show the same quality of care to your pets that we have shown for our own pets and puppies that we have raised.

Julie, Natalie, and their family were the best! They kept us updated on Zeus’ time with them and even got him dressed up in bunny ears for the Easter holiday. I felt so at ease with Zeus in their home and will definitely be booking with them again!
Julie and Natalie are very accommodating! They agreed to a meet and greet before I booked a stay. Canelo had his first overnight stay this week and the experience was great. Thank you Julie and Natalie! Now off to plan my next vacation knowing that Canelo will be well taken care of 😊
You can tell that Julie is not only a dog person, but also thoroughly understands dogs and their needs. She is so accommodating and truly makes you feel heard and your dog feel understood.
