If you have a big dog (80+ lb) or a dog with high energy, Julie is NOT the sitter for you. She could not handle our German Shepherd and ended up walking out of our home and left our 3 dogs unattended with no response on if she was coming back after having a bad day with our GS. Our local friends had to end their night early to come and dog sit for Julie because she needed a break. My husband and I were out of the country with no cell service. She gave us very little heads up before she left for the night. We were scrambling on our vacation time to get a new sitter and/or a solution. She did nothing to fix any of it. She came back to watch our 2 other dogs that are lazy but wouldn’t come back if our GS was still there. So we had to get boarding for him. This all went down the night before New Year’s Eve. So a VERY busy holiday season. We will be finding a new sitter who can handle a high energy dog and can follow instructions.

Julie was so great! She took care of our dogs and our house during a holiday week. She kept the dogs happy and healthy and helped us out around the house!

Such a sweet girl! Highly recommend having Julie watch your fur babies. She stayed at our home while we were away. Great communication!

I booked to drop in on my dogs in the morning and afternoon due to having a baby and not being able to be home and she cancelled an hour after the drop in time was even set for the morning of, leaving me with no time to replace her with anyone. Not okay.

Julie Mae was a pleasure to work with! My doggo's were happy to stay at home and have Julie Mae come visit them a few times a day for potty breaks and cuddles. Julie Mae was very responsive and met with us a week prior to our trip to meet the dogs and get a key to our place. All in all great experience and 5-star rating per my pups!

Julie Mae did an excellent job caring for my dog, Rocky Road. She listened to all my recommendations and went above and beyond while I was away. Rocky Road is excited to see her when she cares for him after the first visit. I highly recommend Julie Mae. My pup is a 65 lb Australian Kelpie, so I know she would be good at caring for other large dogs or smaller dogs as well.
