I started rescuing dogs around 8 years ago and that’s when I knew I found my passion. I’m a nurse through the week, and a professional dog snuggler on the weekends! 😆 My husband and I have 7 rescue dogs of our own that have all attended some type of training, and we continue to use the tools we have learned to work with them daily. Our home has a 6ft privacy fenced in yard and our dogs enjoy running around with friendly playmates! We also have a dedicated dog room in the house for pups that may need to be separated from others as well. We don’t force interactions between our dogs and yours - we let your dog take things at their own pace to ensure a safe and positive introduction. We have been pet sitters countless times over the years for friends and family and dogs of all sizes, and we look forward to meeting you and your fur baby!

I have a fully fenced yard with a dog door so the pups are free to run around as they please (with supervision). I also have my own dogs that love to play with other friendly dogs. I also have a dedicated dog room with multiple dog beds and crates for pets that need to stay separated from others.

We had to take Cora to the babysitters after I was told I needed emergency eye surgery. Cole and Julie are the absolute best and treat Cora and any dog as their own.
This was my first Rover experience and it was wonderful from beginning to end! Julie communicated so well, sending pictures of my dog playing with hers, and it was clear that their home was set up to make their visiting dog friends comfortable and happy. Seeing the pictures allowed me to feel secure that he was well-taken care of, and I could relax while I was away!

Julie and her family were absolutely fantastic! They saved us by agreeing to board Bella at the last minute (two days before Thanksgiving) after the person we originally booked through Rover (Natalie C. in Adrian, Michigan) put us in an impossible situation by canceling our booking less than 24 hours before it was scheduled to start. Thanks to Julie and her family, our trip wasn't ruined! They also smothered Bella with love, then sent us multiple updates and fun photos every day during her stay. Julie will definitely be our first choice next time we need to board Bella!
Lillie is well taken care of and my mind is at ease when she is with Julie and her husband.
They are the greatest! Lillie is right at home with them.

Schedule
We are available for dog boarding in our home during the week and on weekends. We can accomodate drop in visits on weekends mostly due to our work schedules, but reach out to check our schedules! Drop ins in St Joseph / Ogden / Royal / Sidney area only
