Julie came through for me at practically the last minute when I was stuck abroad having to sort something. Having to find a cat sitter at the last minute to do a visit until I got home is a nightmare, however Julie answered what felt like almost immediately and got the ball rolling. Her communication was professional and straightforward, and when it came to communication on the morning of the visit she messaged me with pictures and updates all during the process that completely put my mind at ease. I have two young cats with very different needs and weird requirements, but Julie followed every single one and was completely reliable. I would recommend her entirely and I will be asking for her services in the future, her star sitter service is well and truely earned! Thank you Julie!

Julie was great whilst we were away. She shared some great photos with us, made time to entertain and play with our two cats and we'd happily book her again.

Julie was great from the moment of showing interest for the booking. She was responsive and informative and came for a pre-visit to get keys and have a look around/meet the cats. Julie followed all the route checks/feeding/watering etc. and sent regular updates making us feel very confident that the cats were being looked after well. I would highly recommend!

Julie was excellent. Responsive with communications and very kind to our three cats when we were away.

Julie was great! She made sure to understand where everything was and as much about our cat Mikey as she could before taking care of him for 24 hours. Mikey loved her and wasn’t his usual shy self. And she stayed double the time to make sure he was happy and settled.

Julie has looked after our cat, Mabel, incredibly well. She spent a wonderful amount of time with her at each visit, giving lots of cuddles and keeping her well fed. We were kept very well updated with lots of lovely photos, which we loved. We came home to a very happy cat and clean home, thank you Julie.
