My dad ran a Rover business for the last several years that accommodated over 180 boardings with almost 60 different breeds. During that time, I thought a lot about customer service within the Rover network.

Julie was the perfect sitter for our two boys! She has the proper energy that people and animals can trust. One of our shepherds is anxious around people but he hit it off right away with Julie. She has an enormous property that any fur baby can enjoy. Julie kept continual communication and updates during our 2 days of doggy day care. She will be our go-to Rover when we visit the Vegas area! She is impressive and professional!
Julie watched my best Bud while I was away over the weekend, and although this was our first time away from one another Julie kept me very informed with texts and photos thru out the days. At all times I felt reassured that I left my bestie with the right person. Im so appreciative for having Julie take such great care of my lil Bud. When I picked him up, it almost felt like he wanted to stay with her. 10/10 recommend! Would and will definitely use Julie again!
Julie did an extraordinary job with Charlie, our white poodle. I was extremely impressed with her conscientious attitude and the way she took care of him. Indeed, after seeing the pictures of Charlie playing in her large yard, I was afraid Charlie would rather stay with her than come home with me and my wife after our 10 day trip. The next time I go on vacation, I will definitely leave Charlie with Julie again since she is undoubtedly the best that Rover has to offer.
