She understands that pets are like family members and will provide the loving care that they deserve. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover all my life. I've been in business for over 15 years and I'm loving every minute of it. I enjoy taking good care of my clients pet and will treat them like they are my own. Meet my pets I have 1 mini yorkie. About my yard I have a fenced in backyard with lots of grassy area for the dogs to run and play and to do their "business". I have experience administering medication, including shots. Yes, I have administered many medications to cats and dogs.

I knew Dixie was well taken care of and I loved getting a picture of her with the update while I was away.
Julie and Ken took such good care of our 15 year old Westie. They kept us updated while we were gone with photos and texts. When we picked her up it was very obvious that she was well cared for and liked her sitters.
I wish my dog could write this because her actions speak volumes! Our 7 year old lab-mix, Jacky, knows exactly when we turn off to go to D Best Pet Sitting and she goes wild with excitement! We had to use our old service at the last minute last holiday season and Jacky did not want to go in. In fact, she tried to drag me back to the car which made me sad to leave her. Julie is wonderful with the pets she cares for and definitely spoils them as much as anyone would! I cannot recommend anyone else as highly as D Best Pet Sitting and neither could Jacky!

Schedule
Pet Sitting is my primary source of income so it comes 1st. Taking great care of my client’s pets and my own too are of upmost importance. Our fur babies depend on us. I sometimes have doctor appointments during the day and will be away for a hour or 2. My husband is home almost all the time and the dogs absolutely love him.

I have a fenced in yard with plenty of grass. The dogs often go in and out all day. They never stay outside in the heat of the summer or cold of the winter. They are definitely pampered with lots of love and affection. In my client’s homes, I will visit up to 3 times a day depending on your preference. I will bring in your mail, papers, change out dog water, feed your dogs and let them out in their yard.

A typical day
Your dog's sleeping arrangement The dogs will sleep anywhere such as the couch, various dog beds throughout the house, in my room. It's entirely up to the dog and owner. Some owners use kennels and bring their own. I don't kennel them unless the owner prefers it. Time I'll spend lots of time with your dogs because they are in my home, I am with them almost all the time. They will receive lots of love and attention.
