Availability

I’m currently working part-time and from home, so your pet will have plenty of attention and cuddles! I love playing with pets, but also totally fine if they need to do their own thing. I love taking dogs on long walks to the dog park near me (plenty of water breaks along the way). I will take a thousand videos, boomerangs, and pictures of your pet while I’m with them and send you them to your heart’s (and insta stories) content :)

Information Julie H. would like to know about your pet

I’d love to know your pet’s routines, energy level, quirks, medical needs, and anything that makes them feel safe and happy. If your pet requires injections or specialized medications, I will request a video of your usual routine so that I can administer it in a familiar, reassuring way. Let me know how they like to be comforted, what commands they know, and any behaviors to look out for!

A typical day

A typical day includes playtime, outdoor walks (or indoor fun if preferred), belly rubs, and enrichment. I love giving pets both structure and affection- whether it’s fetch in the closest dog park, toys at home, or just lounging together while I work remotely. Each day is tailored to your pet’s energy and comfort level, keeping them as close to their daily, normal routines that they’re used to at home as possible.

Past vet-tech who loves long walks

Pet care experience

I worked as a vet tech for 2 years for my first job- I am comfortable with all types of medical issues and needs- from nail clippings, ear cleanings to pills in peanut butter and even shots. Ever since then I have adored taking care of all my roommates, friends, friends of friends, and family’s pets throughout the years! I truly love animals and believe they must be protected and cared for correctly at all times. I will always put their needs before my own and am a person both you and your furry babes can depend on. Im proud to say with my empathetic nature, past experience, and keen eye- I have caught several health issues of pets over time such as infections, allergies, and potential lumps reccomending they be looked at by a licensed veterinarian, and their owners have thanked me for giving them a heads up. Im overjoyed taking on more frequent petsitting and caretaking jobs and responsibilities through rover. 2026 Definite Out of Town / Away Dates I will be unavailable for boarding and walks on the following dates: July 15-31, 2026 October 5-24, 2026 November 11-25, 2026 If you have a date that doesn’t conflict with the above, always feel free to reach out. I may have more availability than my calendar shows!

Milo had a wonderful time with Julie! During his weekend stay, she made sure he was entertained and comfortable by taking him to the park, playing lots of fetch and going on long walks. Communication was excellent too. We will book again!
