Hey there! My wife Danielle & I welcome you to our pet-friendly haven! We understand the challenge of finding trustworthy pet care, especially when planning family vacations. Our family consists of our two sons (ages 13 & 9), and of course Oliver, our 3yr old English Bulldog. We also have a ‘crabitat’ for our oldest son’s 3 hermit crabs (Crabby, Abby & Taquito.) Plus our younger son has a betta fish (Dwayne the Rock Johnson.) We would love for you to consider our home as the stress-free solution for your furry friend's stay. With over 30 years of experience caring for pets, starting from my middle school years, I've extended this passion into adulthood, assisting neighbors, friends, family and even covering extended stays during relocations. Our home is a warm retreat for your dog(s), where they'll be our exclusive guests during your time away. Working from home allows us to provide constant companionship – your pets will never be alone. Located in the Cherry Hill East area, our single-family home boasts a spacious yard with 6' PVC fencing, ensuring a secure environment for your dog(s) to enjoy. Our dog enjoys sunbathing in the fully enclosed sunroom, a feature your pet(s) will also love for sure. Medication administration, whether oral, ear, eye, or even subcutaneous fluids, is a skill we're well-versed in. From puppies in their prime to struggling seniors, we’ve cared for them all. Rest assured, our commitment ensures that your pets are never kept outside – they become cherished members of our indoor family with run of the house. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome your furry companions into our loving home. We can definitely accept multiple dogs at a time, but only from the same household. When your dog(s) stay with us, you can rest assured that your family will be our only guests.

Julie and her family deserve a 10 star rating. My Juni has never been so loved and well taken care of by sitters and I think Juni wanted to stay! She was accepted and fell in love with everyone on day 1. She has a new wigglebutt friend who is the most adorable little bully companion. She was made to feel at home as soon as she jumped out of the car. She had so much love she didn't know who to follow first even after being given her must hated meds. As a clingy helicopter bully mom, I can't put into words how wonderful it was to know that Juni was happy, engaged, included in the family and "showered" with love while I was away. Hands down the best.
Julie and her family were absolutely incredible! From the first few minutes at the meet and greet, we could tell immediately that they were dog lovers to the core and they were interesting in making sure they were a good fit to provide the most loving and comfortable environment for our pups. Their dog, Oliver, is the best and welcomed our two labs into his back yard and home like the little gentleman that he is! For the actual stay, Julie was great at keeping in contact with pictures, details and videos. Our labs were clearly so comfortable and at ease and it was such a weight lifted off our shoulders to know they were in such good hands. They welcomed our pups into their home like family and we cannot thank them enough!

Julie works from home, and Danielle is just a hop, skip, and a jump away in 15-20 minutes. Our weekends? They're all about hanging out at home with our kids. What does that mean for your pet? Non-stop care and attention! Whether it's playtime, cuddles, meds, bathroom breaks, or a few extra treats – consider your furry friend in constant company and ready for a good time!
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
Our yard is like a little dog park, fully enclosed with 6’ PVC fencing. If your furry friend loves their crate, no worries – bring it along! We've got the space for it! Since our kids are older & prefer video games over toys, our playroom is more like a movie theater. Your pet won’t have many opportunities to gobble a random Lego as there’s no small toys laying around. Our kids’ hermit crabs & fish are kept in their bedrooms ensuring a curious pup can’t help himself to a seafood buffet. Your pet(s) will be spending their time with our sometimes rambunctious 2 1/2 yr old English Bulldog, Oliver, the “f(he)art” and soul of our home. Oliver is a neutered male. He loves everybody & everything. He is high energy for an English Bulldog since they’re usually considered couch potatoes. Despite having two boys & a bulldog, our home is surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Our kids are not the kind who will drive your dogs nuts. However, for everyone's safety, we can't host pets with known temperament reactions towards kids or other dogs. Since our Oliver is a neutered male, we are not opposed to hosting a female who is not spayed. We would prefer no actively pregnant or in heat females. When your pet is with us, you’re all honorary members of our little family. Which means you can contact us as much as you’d like to check in on your pet. We will be happy to show you exactly what they’re up to in the moment. We will also take plenty of pictures during your pet’s stay. We can send daily updates, or any frequency of your choosing, even refrain until you’ve returned, if you prefer. If you have little ones struggling to go to bed without their 4-legged bestie, it’s an absolute yes to have a goodnight call each night you’re away if it helps. We can even assist you with round trip pick-up/drop-off for overnight house boarding in Cherry Hill & neighboring towns. We can only offer this to you on weekday evenings after 4:30pm or anytime weekends. Unfortunately, we can’t extend pick-up/drop-off service to doggie daycare bookings at this time. Your pet's comfort is our priority, and we're all ears for any special instructions you have. To make sure we're the perfect match, we'd love to host you and your pet for a meet-and-greet before you head off on your journey.
Pets
A typical day
On a regular day, the grown-ups work so the kids and dogs can live their best life. The kids are at school. Luckily, Julie works from home every day. Our dog Oliver loves to accompany Julie in her office. He spends time sunbathing in the sunroom, goes outside, and loves to meet the neighborhood kids coming off the school bus. Danielle is just a short 15-20 minute drive away and has a lot of flexibility. There's always an adult at home. When Julie heads out for the kids’ extracurriculars, Danielle is manning the fort, and vice versa. On weekends, we're mostly at home with our kids, ensuring our Oliver is hardly ever alone. We would love to integrate your pet into our routine, but also keep your individual desires at heart based on your pet’s personal energy levels.
