Caring for your fur babies with <3
The family for my last petsit said this: "[Our dog] had nothing but wonderful things to say about you, she was very happy when we got home, that means she didn't feel upset at all. Yay!!! Thank you again!! " I've cared for households with multiple pets, including cats, dogs, multiple cats, multiple dogs, and a combination of the above. I've often had people reach back out to me to sit for them again. I love to follow your instructions as closely as possible to help out your animals with the stress of owner absence. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them.

Safety, trust & environment
I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. I know it's a lot to trust a stranger in your home while you are away -- I am happy to provide references and other information to make you feel safe. You know your pet best, so I pay attention to how you make sure your pets stay inside to keep it that way. I am always happy to text updates and pictures :)
Ratings and reviews
Julie was amazingly flexible, as our schedule was unknown, and was there when we needed her. More importantly, she was good with Ricky, took him out for walks as well as for his sanitary needs, and kept us regularly informed, with pictures. If we are in the area again we will seek her to assist us, and Ricky, again.
Julie did a great job cat sitting for our two cats while we were out of town for the holidays! She came twice a day, fed and played with them, gave medication to the one that needed it, and sent us pictures with each visit! Our cats can be very shy around new people but they warmed up to her really well! We felt very safe and comfortable going out of town knowing that Julie was taking such good care of our furbabies! Julie did a great job taking care of my cat! I could tell they both genuinely loved each other, and Julie was very reliable and trustworthy throughout our work together. I would hire again anytime! Don't miss out on working with Julie.
Julie is fantastic! She was comprehensive in her texts when we arranged care and she sent us pictures throughout our trip. She watched our elderly (but energetic) dog and cat and didn't great job with their walks and medications and lots of snuggles!

Schedule
I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put.
Prices include all fees.
