**THE WORST BOARDING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.** I feel people need to know exactly what happened because I would never want another rescue, foster, or pet owner to experience what I went through. First, I was never asked to provide **any documentation proving the dogs were vaccinated or properly vetted.** That alone was concerning to me. Then I was told that the dogs were **not potty trained.** That statement was completely untrue. The dogs are now at another boarding facility and have had **ZERO accidents.** Not one. So naturally, I have serious questions about what was actually happening while they were in her care. The communication was extremely unprofessional. I was called a **liar** and accused of trying to **manipulate** her. I still don't understand where that came from. I was trying to communicate about the dogs and make arrangements—not manipulate anyone. What makes this even worse is that she **told me she would extend their stay.** I relied on that conversation. Then, at the last minute, she changed her mind. Sunday morning, I received a message basically asking why I would ever think she was going to extend the stay—**even though she had previously told me she would.** She also claimed that she had told me she was struggling and couldn't continue. That was **never communicated to me.** I have the entire conversation saved, so there is no confusion about what was or wasn't said. She also knew I wasn't right around the corner. I was approximately **four hours away—eight hours round trip.** I couldn't just magically drop everything and show up to pick up the dogs with no notice. If you tell someone you are going to extend a boarding stay, they should be able to rely on that information. If circumstances change, you communicate that **before the last minute**, especially when you know the person is hours away. The way this entire situation was handled was unacceptable. The accusations, the changing story, the lack of communication, and the last-minute decision left me scrambling to make arrangements for the dogs. Thankfully, the girls are now somewhere else, and once again, **they are having no potty accidents.** I am sharing my experience because I believe other rescues and pet owners deserve to make informed decisions about who they trust with their animals. **I would never use this boarding provider again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend her to anyone.** If I could give 0 stars I would!

She was amazing with max. Took him for rides, he played with other dogs and enjoyed being there alot. I will definitely be having her watch him again. She would send updates, videos, and pictures of max too.
