I grew up helping my father train large breed dogs for AKC hunt tests, which gave me a deep foundation in rigorous obedience and a sophisticated understanding of dog behavior. Because of this specialized background, I am entirely comfortable working with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and I have even managed the intensive care required for three separate litters of puppies. My experience extends to cats as well. I am fully confident handling precise feeding routines, handling litter maintenance, and administering medications as needed. I have experience caring for a special needs cat. For me, spending time with animals is a genuine joy, and I approach pet sitting with distinct intentionality. My priority is always to minimize stress and make sure the experience is thoroughly enjoyable, safe, and enriching for your pet. Whether your companion needs structured walks, high energy playtime, routine bathing, or meticulous feeding and watering, I am dedicated to tailoring my care to their exact needs.

Your peace of mind and your home's security are incredibly important to me. At the end of every visit, I make it a strict habit to double check that all doors are securely locked and the lights are turned out exactly as you prefer. To keep you connected while you are away, I am always happy to send a quick text update after care is completed to let you know how your pet is doing, share some highlights from our time together, and confirm that your home is safe and sound.

Julie was wonderful with our dog, Charleigh. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and always kept us updated with pictures during walks. She also spent extra time playing with our dog in the backyard, giving her plenty of attention and exercise. We weren’t sure how Charleigh would do with someone new, since she hasn’t had many other people walk her, but she took to Julie right away. It was clear that Julie genuinely cared about her and made her feel comfortable. Knowing our dog was in such good hands gave us great peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend Julie and look forward to booking with her again.
I have used Rover several times before, and honestly, I did not have great experiences. I had pretty much decided I would never use it again. Then an emergency trip came up, and with a lot of fear and anxiety, I reached out to Julie. Julie was truly a miracle and an angel sent by God for both me and my dog, Trixie! From the very first conversation, she made me feel comfortable. Once Trixie was with her, she followed her routine even better than I do! Every single day she made sure Trixie got her walks, meals, playtime, attention, and even trips to the park. She didn’t just watch my dog, she genuinely cared for her like her pet! Trixie is a very shy, sensitive, and sometimes fearful dog. She does not trust easily. For the first time ever, I saw her immediately connect with someone outside of our family. She looked happy, relaxed, and completely at peace with Julie♥️ The best part was the constant communication. Julie sent me updates, photos, and videos throughout the day. My phone was practically flooded with happy Trixie pictures and videos, and I loved every single one of them♥️For the first time in my life while traveling, I was completely at ease. I wasn’t worried, stressed, or constantly checking my phone. I knew my girl was safe, loved, and having a wonderful time. When I came home, Trixie was healthy, happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Everything was absolutely perfect. I can say with complete confidence that if I ever need care for Trixie again, I will choose Julie every single time. Finding someone you trust with your dog is rare. Finding someone who treats your dog like family is even rarer! Thank you, Julie. You are truly one of a kind, and I will never be able to thank you enough!
We have used Julie a few times and for our family she is our go to choice for our puppy girl. Julie is exactly who we want watching our Willow. She is the Best and I highly recommend her. G
It was very reassuring to us that Julie was with our dogs while we were out of the country for 10 days. She sent us pictures numerous times each day letting us know our pups were getting excellent care and having a great time. We are always sure the dogs are in great hands when Julie is there to care for them. She is kind, responsible, and is great with our dogs who can sometimes be a handful! We can’t recommend her highly enough if you’re looking for someone to care for your pets.
As always; Julie showed up on time, gave our dogs plenty of time to go out and stretch their legs, provided great pictures of them having a great time, and gave us peace of mind leaving our dogs in her care. We are grateful for all that she does for us, and can’t recommend her highly enough.
Julie was absolutely amazing, kept up with our puppy. Made it super comfortable to be away from home and trust in someone caring for our baby. Sent loads of pictures and even cleaned up puppy throw up for us. Even took the time to train some bad habits out of Mr. Peanut butter (His name) would highly recommend.

Schedule
I am happy to accommodate drop-in visits on weekdays early in the morning between 6:00 AM and 8:45 AM, or anytime after 5:15 PM once I finish my workday. Depending on the distance and location, I can also occasionally fit in a midday visit during the workweek. On weekends there is alot more flexibility with timing. Because schedules can be dynamic, I prioritize open and frequent communication to verify exact times with you and ensure your pet's routine stays perfectly on track.
