I had my own dog for many years, so I understand the importance of trust, routine, and giving each dog individual attention. I’ve also cared for two litters of puppies, which has given me hands-on experience with young dogs, their needs, and early training. I provide a calm, loving home where dogs can feel safe and settled.

First time we have left Mack with anyone other than family and Julie has been amazing, not only did she accommodate us at short notice but has done a great job of looking after him, keeping us updated with photos and videos and making our holiday so much more enjoyable knowing he was in a loving home. Julie and her family took wonderful care of our 1 year old lab. It was the first time leaving her with anybody and she can be a wee bit timid. However, it was clear from the outset that Julie and her family were warm and welcoming to her and made her feel very loved and cared for. Lots of pupdates meant we were very reassured whilst away. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Julie
Julie has been nothing short of fantastic with Teddy, and a special mention to her kiddo’s who also doted on Teddy when he stayed with them. Her communication is great, regular updates and pictures of what they are up to and how Teddy is. He settled in great not once but twice and would not hesitate to have him stay with Julie again. He got lots of cuddles, and cheeky socks some she didn’t even know were there but he managed to find him lol. Great boarder all round and would be confident to have Teddy stay with her again and again. Could not fault 🥰
Julie and family looked after Bruce so well - I got regular updates and they really understood my worries about leaving him. He had the best time and Slough happy to see me the next, he certainly thought twice about coming home - a great sign of a happy dog. Thank you Julie - Bruce will definitely being getting his next holiday booked 😉

Schedule
I currently work term time so off work all school holidays, which would ensure full time care for your dog. I have 2 teenage children who would be keen to help with walks and care.

Safety, trust & environment
I stay in a house with direct access to a secure fenced garden area from my kitchen for dogs to roam free at their own leisure. I typically will only have one dog at a time, unless they know each other.
A typical day
I still very close to Balloch country park, which is where we would go for a big walk. I have 2 teenage children who adore dogs and love to help out and give the dogs lots of attention.
Prices include all service fees.
