I’ve been around dogs my whole life and grew up with pitbulls, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. I also have my own maltipoo, which has given me a lot of experience caring for small to medium-sized dogs and understanding their specific needs. I regularly help care for friends’ and family members’ pets and have experience with walks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles. I’m also comfortable taking pets to vet appointments if needed. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog, and I’ll always make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During walks, I make sure dogs are securely leashed at all times, avoid unsafe or overcrowded areas, and pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, especially in Hawaii’s warmer weather. For drop-in visits, I carefully follow any feeding, medication, or care instructions provided and always make sure doors, gates, and harnesses are secure before leaving. I understand every dog has different needs and personalities, and I always aim to create a calm, safe, and loving environment where your pet feels comfortable and cared for.

Julie took amazing care of Lola while we were away on our trip as well as days when we couldn't walk her ourselves. She was mindful of her medications, her habits and her behavior. She was patient and Lola took a liking to her immediately.
Julie watched our fur baby for 2 whole weeks while me and my husband were away for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She sent us updates along with photos before we even asked for them which doesn’t always happen often with other caregivers. The care and attention she gave in making our baby feel at home but also allowing her owners reassurance that she is being taken care of. I could tell that she took extra attention to my instructions for our baby’s care such as cleaning her ears that get infected weekly
Julie was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog! She was incredibly timely with all medication administrations, feedings, and even diaper changes — tasks that require real patience and dedication. Knowing our aging pup was in such loving, responsible hands gave us complete peace of mind. We couldn't recommend her more highly!
Julie is one of the best caregivers I’ve had! My dogs are always so excited to greet her which says a lot. Julie takes instruction very well and is very responsive to any questions I ask. I recommend using her as you can be sure your pets will feel safe and loved.

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and pet care. I’m able to accommodate morning (as long as I don't have any meetings), afternoon, and evening visits in many cases and can provide attentive, reliable care to make sure your pet gets the time and attention they need.
