Julie C. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
Julie totally ghosted us on our moving day. We tried to drop our dog, Leonard, off at her house at the agreed upon time and nobody was home. We waited for 30 mins to see if she would show up and she never did. She wouldn’t answer me in the app, over the phone, or when Rover support contacted her. Instead, I had to keep Leonard out of the way of the movers all day instead of being able to focus on the move. Julie is not dependable or reliable to care for pets. Find someone else who will actually follow through and care for your pet when you need them!
Wonderful communication and flexibility
Julie was a wonderful fit for Sarge. She was very accommodating with a last-minute reservation and even with me messing up the drop off time she took great care of Sarge. Kept us updated with pictures and information about how he was doing
Julie was able to accommodate my last minute booking for Leroy. She sent me photos of his walk and was very responsive when I asked questions. Would book again!
She went above and beyond. She was great

I work remotely and I have a flexible schedule to help with the pets in my community. I love meeting new animals and their humans.

A typical day
We start with the basics, food and clean water. Give lots of love, pets and belly rubs. All the pets like to be in my office while I work, I leave the door open in case they want to leave. My house is kid and animal safe. I make sure to get mine and my dogs steps in daily.
