I did not have a great experience booking with Julie my second time. I booked her for 3 days at 1pm to drop in on my two cats. The first day she showed up at 2:30 which wasn’t a big deal but the second day she didn’t drop in until 9:30 pm. The last day of my booking, I didn’t get any notification about her drop in. My flight home got in around 11 that evening and I still hadn’t heard anything from her. I sent her a message to let her know I was already on my way home from the airport so if she hadn’t checked on the cats that day she shouldn’t bother. She messaged back at midnight saying she had been at a show and it just finished. It was a very strange message to receive so late in the evening when I had booked her for 1 in the afternoon. She basically just decided not to show up on the final day of our booking which is unacceptable. She refunded me for the missed visit but I will definitely not be booking with her again in the future.

Julie did a great job with my cats who are usually pretty shy with new people. They warmed up to her quickly which put me at ease during my time away. Thanks Julie!

Julie was such a huge help! My regular sitter fell through and she took care of my two cats with a days notice. One of my cats is still getting used to being around humans and he was warmed up to her within a day or two
