I work from home full-time, so I’m perfect for those dogs who need extra attention, extra potty breaks, meds, or have separation anxiety. I am a bit of a homebody, so your dog will have plenty of company!

I have a 13 year old dog, and he is friendly with other dogs. Since I work from home, the dogs have free rein of the house just about all the time. If you want your pet crated when alone (rare, if at all), I can accommodate that. I can also accommodate crate training. Your pet can sleep wherever they are comfortable, including the bed. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but my favorite walking trail is perfect for walks and has its own dog park. Given that my house is smaller and I don’t have a yard, I can probably best accommodate smaller or low-energy dogs, but ALL are welcome!

I’ve worked at 2 dog kennels, one for over 3 years, so I have a lot of experience with all types of dogs from big to small, timid to outgoing.. it’s always my goal to make every dog my new best friend! I have experience administering meds and caring for dogs with special needs. I have a ramp for the small or senior dogs that can’t jump up onto the couch. Aside from working with dogs, I had my miniature dachshund for 16 years, and I’ve had my mutt Buster for 13 years, so I have a lot of personal experience caring for dogs, including senior care and post-surgery care.

Julie was amazing! Our schedule changed several times, and she was so gracious and accommodating. She gave us plenty of updates and photos, and I know Milo was happy and well-cared for. Would definitely book with Julie again.
Julie was such a delight from the moment we met her (& Buster). We have a small, timid dog who takes time to warm-up to new people. Julie was so gracious with Memphis and sent us plenty of updates during our time away. You can tell she has the soul of a dog lover, and we will definitely use her for future stays. Thank you, Julie.
