Pet care experience

Home FT- experienced & responsible

As a dog owner myself I'm very picky about where I leave my fur baby. My number one priority is your dog's safety and I'm home FULL TIME with them. My house is always clean and dog-proof. Your dog is your child and you'll have peace of mind knowing that they're in good, loving, professional hands. The spacious backyard is safe and enclosed. I run my own PR business and I am home full time, so you can rest assured your pet will get a lot of love and individual attention and will never be left alone. I like to keep your dog on their regular schedule, which includes any medications they may take. Just make sure you let me know their feeding, treats, and medication schedule. I never feed them anything else without your permission. Dogs sleep in crates around my bed. I treat your dog like I would want my own dog treated. (I'm also a Rover client, so I see the other side). I have always had rescue dogs and run a foundation that donates to rescue organizations. You get pictures and updates every day. Dogs go out several times a day and, unlike a kennel, playtime is always free! Your furbaby gets lots of attention and VIP treatment. I have two sweet, social dogs who love playing with other dogs. Part of the reason I'm doing Rover is so they can have buddies to play with. I can only keep small to medium-sized, QUIET, mellow dogs as I live in a very quiet neighborhood. I have a big, secure backyard. My neighborhood is safe, quiet, and dog friendly, with a doggie park and greenbelt at the end of the street if your dog needs more exercise. Leashes are always double-wrapped. If you're going away on a long trip and have never been here before I would highly suggest booking a daycare first if you can. It helps me to monitor their personality and needs and also helps the dog know that you aren't abandoning them. Helps them feel more comfortable. -Dogs must be fully house trained -No aggressive breeds. BUSINESS HOURS ARE 8 AM TO 9 PM DAILY ROVER IS ON A 24 HOUR SCHEDULE - Anything much over that may be subject to a daycare rate

Pets

A typical day

I can give your dog as much or as little exercise as you want. I like going on long walks if your dog can handle it. The neighborhood is quiet and traffic-free with access to a greenbelt. We play fetch in the afternoon in the backyard.

0 to 15 lbs
16 to 40 lbs
Dogs over 1 year old
Unspayed females accepted, neutered males only
No females in heat
Crate-trained dogs only
Julie can host up to 10 pets per night
I prefer to sit small to medium, socialized dogs. Most important is that they be non-barkers and have no contagious diseases or fleas. Please let me know as much as possible about your dog so we can guarantee a good fit.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
