I have done rescue work with animals wherever I have lived and traveled to. I worked with sick, emaciated and injured street dogs with an NGO in India and injured and sick cats wherever I found them. I have given subcutaneous injections and cared for countless animals after surgeries. I have been with Rover for a year and a half now and have taken care of countless dogs and cats of all breeds and ages. I have given medications to countless dogs a few cats. I never encountered any probelms because I know how to adapt to the animal's needs. I have also had many pets throughout my life and pet-sat for countless cats and dogs. I have taken care of a blind, senior dog in a diaper, dogs with very special diets, and of a dog suffering from anxiety. I have a deep compassion for animals and lots of experience caring for them.

I am a true animal lover. I prefer their company to that of people most of the time. Animals can feel that and they love me back. I dote attention and affection upon them because that is what I enjoy doing most and I have the time for it.

This was my first time using Rover and I was very apprehensive about having a stanger in my house caring for my dog. Julie made me feel comfortable right away and my dog really took to her. On our vaction we recieved nothing but lovely photos of them having a blast together in the back yard. My dog was happy and relaxed when we got home and my house was spotless. Would recommend her to anyone.
I have had many sitters for my dogs, who aren't exactly easy. They are on a special diet, and take meds. They bark at everything. But Julie always takes care of them and my house so well. I can go away and never need to worry. I have hired her about half a dozen times now. Won't hire anyone else.

Julie is the best. She seems to be the only one that he takes meds from. I think he can sense that she really loves her.
We met Julie the weekend before our booking she came over met dog showed her around and routine of dogs! She accepted our booking but later requested the ability to go out on the town. We told her that was not ok as we felt our pup needed to be put out before the evening. She then could not recall the information we went over with the routine and how to get into house. We waited for her to go over the house again. We continued to receive text around a chirping smoke alarm and I explained how to remove it! She was not able to use a chair because of her height to remove the chirping smoke alarm. We arrived home to her leaving shades down in the bedroom she slept in and a window open ! I will not recommend her for any house sitting as she is not able to fix small issues in the house! We also found her unable to follow small instructions, written or verbal instructions!
Julie took great care of our animals and left our space looking cleaner than we left it. Good communication and lots of good pictures of them having fun!

Schedule
My schedule is wide open. I occasionally go to a social outing or run errands, but I am home 90% of the time. I also don't have children, pets, or a partner so I have all the time in world to devote your babies. I can take them to a dog park or the beach if either is nearby or give them whatever care you say they need.
