Experienced Dog Walker + Caretaker
Greetings! My name is Julianne and I am an experienced doggy caretaker. I grew up with dogs on a farmhouse in Ohio and have always had a good relationship with animals. My boyfriend Jack and I have been together for 5 years and have been walking and boarding dogs for 3+ years in NYC. I currently live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, just one block from Brower Park where the pups love to play. I am an artist and I work from home 5 days a week. Jack is also an experienced NYC dog walker employed part-time at a walking agency and works from home as an animator 7 days a week. I have boarded all ages and sizes of dogs, from peppy Chihuahua mixes to hulking Alaskan Malamutes. My prices include adequate walks (at LEAST two 30 minute walks/day), playtime, feedings, and bathing if needed. Why I love dog sitting I grew up with dogs and have loved them my whole life! You can feel secure knowing that I have experience with lots of different dogs and all types personalities. I bond quickly with animals and I truly enjoy taking care of them. Julianne and her partner Jack were excellent companions to our two small yorkie-mixes for a three-day dog boarding agreement. The dropoff and pickup were seamless and flexible. We received multiple pictures and text updates during their stay. They were upfront and clear about all fees. I can't think of anything I wish were better/different. We will definitely be using them again!
A fantastic stay/ Julianne and Jack were amazing and great to work with- I recommend them highly! They understood our dogs so well and took wonderful care of them. The dogs had fun and came back super happy. They are great communicators and were very responsible, helpful and flexible. Thanks so much and see you next time!
Julianne and her boyfriend were very accommodating of my last minute request to watch my dog. They were excellent and very caring. I highly recommend them!
Julianne was terrific. She sat for my 2 active little guys and gave them a lot of love and attention. I received pictures and e mails so I could see how relaxed and happy they were. They couldn't have been in better hands. She gave them a home away from home.
Julianne was an excellent caregiver to my dog, Monster (who isn't as monstrous as he sounds -- I promise!). She gave him long walks that made him less restless at night. She even helped coach him through his anxiety around larger dogs -- slowly of course. Her services are continuing for 11 months and counting, don't know what I'd do without her!
