Great with the doggos! Super reliable and great communication

As a fellow rover petsitter i was shocked and appalled at juliannes behavior. We had her doing a daily drop in visit for 5 days for our 5lb dogs. On day ONE while I was in puerto rico she put in a false claim to rover stating that our home was a “health and safety hazard” because one of the dogs had an accident on the floor instead of the pad. (How bad could it have possibly been on literally day ONE) This ensued 48hours of back and forth between me and rover support, all of which were in shock of her behavior. I have cameras inside and outside my home and could see there was nothing crazy going on in the house. After ruining two days of my trip with support phone calls and emails that took up very valuable family time we were informed that because of her claim she could not be replaced and she was forced to finish the job. Once we got back i spent hours cleaning five days worth of mess that was left for me. On her visits she did not speak or pet or interact with any of the dogs whatsoever (never seen anything like that) when we got back they were very starved for interaction. I can not express enough how terrible this experience was. I am a petsitter with a very full book of clients and i would NEVER have done this to someone after agreeing to do a job. Once i agree to a job i see it through as that is what someone who is entrusted with someones pets while theyre out of town is supposed to do! Instead i spent my trip worried about my pets wellbeing and anxious the entire time. Furthermore if there was any issue i gave her four phone numbers to text or call, she couldve reached out to me in any way before havign rover step in and try to find an unauthorized replacement. Her behavior was unacceptable in every way. She stated the 30 minutes i booked her for was not enough time to take care of them but she never gave an option to extend or anything she instead reached out to rover with a false claim and made what shouldve been a very simple process incredibly complicated and unpleasant. She is not cut out for this job plain and simple.
