I cannot recommend this sitter. She watched my dogs for eight days, she sent me a text one day saying, “it was beautiful outside so we played ball in the yard a bunch”, when I looked at the video footage for the yard, she had never once played with them in the yard the entire eight days. I could clearly see when they were let out. The issue is that she lied in two different text messages two different days about playing outside. When confronted, her reply was she doesn’t remember saying she played with them outside. All she has to do is look back at the text, so she won’t own up to her lies either. Eight days is a long time not to play outside at all. At our meet, I even took her in the yard and we talked about her playing ball with them back there. She is now saying she played a lot with them in the basement. She was also leaving my one yr old crated up to 5 and 6+ hours during the day when she left the house, we had agreed on no more than 4. She’s calling that a misunderstanding, it’s not. It even says it on my Rover care page, it clearly says no longer than four hours.

Julianne was great. She helped take in our packages and our dog was very calm and happy when we came home.

Julianne was phenomenal! She took amazing care of my pups and house for the week. Great communication and regular updates. She even shoveled my driveway and corner sidewalk after a surprise snow - totally above and beyond. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
