⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Julianna was absolutely incredible with Buddy and Snugs while I was away traveling for 5 days. From the very start she was responsive, responsible, and genuinely warm, which made leaving my fur babies so much easier. When I got back, both Buddy and Snugs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well taken care of. That says everything. You can tell Julianna truly loves animals and treats them like her own.
